For me Christmas day and Boxing day day are for family and Boxing day night is for friends, as per tradition i always go out for the night on Boxing day evening and this year was no different. I apologize for the quality of the pictures for some reason we decided to take the pictures just before we left the house after several hours of shots and drinking games, i could barely stand straight let alone pose and the photographer (bestie) was in an even worse state, however i really did like what i was wearing and wanted to share it with you. i picked up the playsuit from missguided i fell in love with the gorgeous raspberry colour and velvet material which gives it a vampy touch. I really liked the neckline and bardot shoulders even if it meant not being able to raise my arms above my head, like most Missguided playsuits it is super short but hey ho its Chistmas if you cant flash the flesh in the party season when can you? The shoes, oh the shoes... aren't they wonderful? They were a little Christmas present to myself i had lusted after them for ages but they kept selling out so when i spotted them back in stock i had to buy them, i have been such a good girl this year after all...

Holiday Lookbook// Look 1

If you have seen my previous holiday related posts you may no i've just got back from a girls holiday to Turkey. As promised i took pictures of my outfit each night so i could do a holiday lookbook to show you all my holiday outfits. Instead of doing them altogether like my last holiday lookbook back in October i've decided to do it as a series over the whole week so there will be a new outfit post each day. 

The first nights outfit was this Tribal print playsuit from Primark which you may have already seen in my recent Primark holiday haul post. It was a bargain at £10 i think it looks so much more expensive. It was super comfy to wear and so easy to style, the pretty embellished neckline also meant i didn't need a necklace to accessorize.

I wasn't going to post this outfit of the night, I'm not completely happy with the pictures, they were taken before my night out on saturday and me and the photographer/best friend had had a fair few vodkas before "photo time" so unfortunately i had very few decent pictures to choose from. That being said i love this Missguided coord so much, i really wanted to do a post on it and if the neighbors didn't already think we were crazy from the other outfit pictures we've taken in front of my house I'm pretty sure me strutting out in this bum skimming two piece and heels would have more than a fair few curtains twitching!
Im really loving the whole coordinate trend, i think they look great and i also love that you can obviously wear them together or mix them up with other pieces to create completely different looks.
This retro print crop top and short combo also comes as a playsuit if you weren't brave enough to go for the coord look, i just think you get more for your money as you can wear them as separates. I had envisioned this outfit with a pair of platform sandals which would have gone with the retro print, but the gorgeous pair i wanted from River Island have sold out typical! .... anyway i picked out this cute pair from my collection and i don't think they look too awful.

Happy New Year to you all! I hope you had a great New Year, i spent mine in cardiff with three of my best friends. I had such a good time, a very lively night out on new years Eve, followed by a very chilled day mainly spent in our onesies eating anything we could get our hands on...oh and of course we managed to fit in a bit of sale shopping! 

The playsuit i wore is from Missguided, i rarely wear all black I'm usually one for colour so it was quiet a different choice for me but i fell in love with it. Its quiet lose fitting yet i think figure flattering, and of course i love the sequined top part, you've gotta have a bit of sparkle in your outfit for New Years! 

Hair and makeup wise i wanted big hair, gold eyes and bold red lips and nails for a glamourous party look.

Hello lovelies, Christmas day for me is all about family and spending time with them, however i always go out Boxing day night with my friends. I love how festive it is and everyones in good spirits, so this is just a quick OOTD to show you what i wore out. 

I have noticed a bit of blue theme with my Christmas outfits...i didn't plan it but it seems to have been my colour of choice! The top i wore was a Christmas present i love the thin dainty straps, the skirt i bought last month (still available online) it has a mixture of gold, silver and bronze worked into the zigzag pattern and i just thought it was a great piece to mix and match with for festive party outfits.

Hey lovely's, I attended a Lush blogger event in Exeter saturday night so i thought i would show you what i wore. This was my first blogger event so i had no idea what to wear (panic!!), i went for a payday shop and picked up a few new bits (haul to follow soon) and decided on this playsuit from Topshop, i thought it would be great to wear as its not too dressy but smart enough for an event. I wore some black tights, and black cutout boots keeping it casual and making the playsuit a bit more appropriate for autumns cooler nights, and i kept my hair and makeup pretty simple and natural looking.

OOTN, Pink Daria Dress!

Hey lovely's, i hope you all had a good weekend! I went out saturday night to celebrate my mums birthday and i think i'm recovered today.. just! haha. I wore this pink dress from Missguided which i have already shown in my Missguided summer picks post (here), i love how its such a simple style but the gorgeous colour makes it stand out. Its still available online in a variety off different colours, i love it so much i'm a bit tempted to get it in another colour as well.. I kept the accessories simple to go with the dress and wore my favorite black sandals from Primark and a gold Topshop necklace. What do you think of the dress?

OOTN, Monochrome and Leather!

Hey lovely's,  just thought i would do a quick outfit of the night post and show you what i wore out saturday night.

It took me forever to decide what to wear i was having one of those days when even though your wardrobe is jam packed with clothes you still feel you have nothing to wear! It may seem strange but all i knew was that i felt like wearing a bold red lip so i just worked the outfit around that... I decided on this leather look skirt, which was a bargain buy from H&M, i think i've only worn it once before but i expect i will get a lot more wear out of it now through autumn/winter. The top is another H&M buy, i went with the whole monochrome look, its a bit different for me i usually like a lot of colour in an outfit but i like it, it's a bit more edgy than my usual girly style, good to mix it up now and again! 

I hope you like my outfit, does anyone else ever base an outfit around a makeup look? Or is it just me...

OOTN, Pink and Purple Sparkle!

I went out at the weekend and this is my super girly outfit of choice! I hadn't worn this skirt for a while so i thought it deserved an outing, i always feel pretty glam when i wear it. Its such a gorgeous colour, and i like the waterfall cut away style and the front. I think this skirt works all year round, i wear it with a darker top for the winter, but i picked this light sequin crop top for a summery look. The crop top is made of a very thin cream mesh material so its very see through and completely covered in a mixture of pink and pale holographic sequins, its just so pretty perfect for dressing up an outfit with a bit of sparkle. I accessorized with plain nude platforms and some gold bangles and pretty cross necklaces.

OOTN, Disco pants!

I went out saturday night for drinks with my best friend (the one behind these beautiful curls as i am useless with hair!) and this is what i wore...

As it was rainy and horrible i didn't feel like getting much skin out, but i thought what is more appropriate for a night of drinking and dancing that disco pants!!! The picture doesn't pick the colour up very well but there a dark slightly purplish grey colour and they are from River Island. 

The top is from Topshop and i love love love it!! This is definitely my favorite summer top it goes with everything and its just the prettiest colours, and i think a really interesting print with the mixture of black and white harlequin and the pretty pink and purple floral mixed in. 

The heels are black and metallic platforms also from Topshop, and the holographic necklace and silver bracelets are from Primark.

OOTN! Mint and Black

I went out for a meal and drinks saturday night to celebrate a friends birthday, and this is what i wore.....

I basically worked the outfit around the skirt as i love it so much! I have a bit of an obsession with mint at the moment definitely my shade of the season. I bought the skirt about three weeks ago from H&M and it was £12.99, its a really good fit, and i really like skater skirts i think its a very flattering style. 

I chose to wear it with this black crop top which is from Topshop, i think the top slightly dresses the outfit up a bit with harness like straps. 

I thought a plain black shoe might look a bit boring so i chose these gorgeous leopard print heels, i had been waiting for an opportunity to wear these beauties, that i had picked up in a River Island sale for £20.00!!

OOTN, Aztec Midi!

Just a quick post to show my outfit of the night from when i went out at the weekend...

Outfit and Accessories

Im really into the midi length trend i think its a very flattering style on all shapes and sizes, i also think its a sophisticated look yet still sexy.
The dress is from New Look and was about £14 which is just an amazing price for such a nice dress. I love the colours the bit of coral is just enough to give some colour to the dress without it being too bold.
I teamed it with my new black strappy sandals from primark (more info on them in my payday haul post)  and a black studded clutch from primark.
The bracelets are from new look i picked them for a bit of contrasting colour, and the rings are from a set from primark (also in my payday haul post).
